Balance payment must be made before the tour starts.
Special conditions may apply for train journeys (Palace on Wheels), and high peak seasons (Christmas, New Year).
Payment options include Bank Transfer, Cash, Google Pay, Phone Pay, or UPI.
All payments must be clear of taxes or deductions.
Bank charges must be borne by the payer.

60+ days before arrival: 10% cancellation fee
59-30 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fee
29-15 days before arrival: 25% cancellation fee
14-8 days before arrival: 50% cancellation fee
7 days or less before arrival: No refund
Special Cases: No refunds for bookings with Taj/Leela hotels, special train journeys (Palace on Wheels), and during high peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year).
Refunds for unused services are subject to banking procedures and take 2-4 weeks.

The contract exists upon confirmation of booking and receipt of deposit.

Itinerary changes may occur for safety reasons or due to uncontrollable circumstances.

Flight Ticket Costs: Flight ticket costs are subject to availability and dynamic pricing. The quoted price is valid only at the time of confirmation and may vary based on demand and availability at the time of booking.

The flight ticket price mentioned in the itinerary is indicative and subject to change. We recommend confirming your package at the earliest to secure the quoted rate. Any delay in confirmation may lead to an increase in ticket prices, which will be reflected in the final invoice.
