Kerala tour is my one of the best experience with Joshua tours! All the arrangements was very good hotel staff was so polite and humble.our driver Ashraf was so kind person always smiling and tell us all details and kerala cultural history and important of all the places. We love his company in all the journey. He never say no to any thing. As we are north Indian and vegetarian all food and breakfast serve us was quality vegetarian food. Houseboat and hotels was quite good, whispering meadows was full of cottages feel. We enjoyed it a lot.

Answer: At Joshua Tours, we offer a wide range of travel services, including inbound and outbound tour packages, customized itineraries, hotel bookings, transportation services, adventure tours, and more. Our main destinations include Kerala, Dubai, Thailand, Singapore, Malaysia, and many more.

2. How do I book a tour with Joshua Tours?

Answer: Booking with us is easy! You can contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email. Once you provide your trip details, we’ll offer a customized plan. After finalizing the itinerary, a 50% advance payment is required to confirm your booking.

3. Can I customize my tour package?

Answer: Yes, we offer fully customizable tour packages. You can tailor your itinerary based on destinations, activities, budget, and duration of your trip to suit your preferences.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Answer: We accept payments through bank transfers, Google Pay, Phone Pay, UPI, and cash. Bank charges (if any) for remittance are borne by the payer.

5. Is travel insurance included in your packages?

Answer: Travel insurance is not included by default but can be arranged upon request. We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for added security during your trip.

6. What is your cancellation policy?

Answer: Our cancellation policy depends on how early you cancel. For cancellations made 60 days before the trip, there’s a 10% charge. The closer the cancellation is to your departure date, the higher the cancellation fee, ranging from 20% to 50%. No refund is available if canceled within 7 days or for no-shows.

7. What is the check-in and check-out time for hotels?

Answer: Standard check-in times are between 12:00 and 3:00 PM, and check-out is between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM. For houseboats, check-in is at 12:00 PM, and check-out is by 9:00 AM the next day.

8. How do you ensure safety during the trips?

Answer: Safety is our top priority. We partner with verified and trusted service providers, ensure our drivers are regularly checked for health and punctuality, and maintain confidentiality for all guest details. We also provide emergency contact numbers for added assurance.

9. Can I get a refund for unused services?

Answer: Refunds for unused services will depend on the cancellation policies of the hotels and transport providers. Refunds are subject to the policies outlined during booking and may take 2-4 weeks to process.

10. Are adventure activities included in your tours?

Answer: Yes, we offer adventure activities like trekking, water sports, and safaris. However, these activities come with a specific set of terms and liability limitations, which we will provide before booking.
