DETAILED ITINERARY:

Day 01
Udaipur Arrival

Udaipur, often called Venice of the East and nicknamed the “Lake City” or City of Lakes, is known for its history, culture, scenic locations, and Rajput-era palaces. It is the historic capital of the kingdom of Mewar in the former Rajputana Legacy. Maharana Udai Singh of the Sisodia clan of Rajputs founded the city in 1559AD and shifted his capital from Chittorgarh to Udaipur. It remained as the capital till 1818, when it became a British princely state, and thereafter, the Mewar province became a part of Rajasthan when India gained independence in 1947.

On Arrival, you will be met and transferred to the Hotel. Day at Leisure. Overnight stay in Hotel.

Day 02
Udaipur Local sightseeing

The morning after breakfast, move on for a sightseeing tour of Udaipur and visit Sahelion-Ki-Bari – The garden of the maidens built in the 18th century. After that, you will visit City Palace – The main part of the palace is converted into a museum which houses a collection of miniatures of Krishna Vilas, Lok Kala Mandir – This museum has a rich collection of folk dresses, ornaments, puppets, masks, dolls, folk musical instruments and paintings on display. Evening at Leisure or take a romantic boat ride on Lake Pichola (Optional, payable directly) from where you can admire the beauty of Udaipur, reflected smooth and white in the still blue waters of the Lake. Overnight stay in Hotel in Udaipur.

Day 03
Udaipur / Ranakpur / Jodhpur

Breakfast is taken at the Hotel. Drive to Jodhpur, stopping enroute at Ranakpur. Visit one of the biggest and most important Jain Temple complexes in India. The main temple in this complex is called Charmukha (four-faced), built in 143,9 and is the most complex and extensive of Jain temples in Indiana, covering over 40,000 sq. ft. It has 29 halls containing 1444 pillars, each carved with intricate, delicate Carvin, gs, and no two pillars are alike. On Arrival, check in at the Hotel. Evening at Leisure. Overnight stay in Jodhpur.

Day 04
Jodhpur / Jaipur

Breakfast at the Hotel. Afterward, proceed for a tour of Jodhpur, visiting the impressive Mehrangarh Fort, built by Maharaja Rao Jodha in 1459. Inside the fort, the many palaces and courtyards are a reminder of the city’s glorious past. The Palace Museum houses a collection of the Maharaja’s memorabilia.

Later, drive to Jaipur, popularly known as the pink city it is the capital of Rajasthan state and stronghold of a clan of rulers whose three hill forts and series of palaces in the city are important attractions, upon arrival, transfer to the hotel. Check-in at the hotel in Jaipur for an overnight stay.

Day 05
Jaipur Sightseeing

Breakfast is taken at the Hotel. Later, Visit City Palace, a complete blend of Rajput and Mughal architecture, making it a worth-visiting place, Hawa Mahal – 5 storied monuments structured in semi-octagonal has 973 windows, and we end the city tour with a visit to Jantar Mantar, an ancient observatory which is the largest preserved observatory built by Raja Jai Singh in 1728. Overnight stay at a hotel in Jaipur.
